How low can you go?
The RCMC is proud to present the Rusty Cup - a season long contest to determine the player that can post the lowest overall score at Rustic Canyon.
Rules are as follows:
- No entry fee. All members competing in at least one tournament are eligible.
- Format will be Gross and Net scores. The object of the contest is to accumulate the lowest score over 18 holes.
- Player must turn in a scorecard at the end of the tournament to have it count towards their total score.
- Contest will start with the January tournament and end with the November tournament.
- Net scores will be determined based on each players course handicap for that tournament. Maximum handicap for any tournament for Rusty Cup is 18.
- A player can only win one prize and will be awarded the higher place of Gross or Net. If the player is in the same place in Gross and Net, the player will take the Gross place.
- Tie scores will be broken in accordance to USGA rules. Winner is determined on the basis of the best score for the last nine holes, last six holes, last three holes and finally the 18th hole.
